BRITAIN'S biggest online marketplace, eBay, claims the prices charged on its website for some popular Christmas gifts, from flatscreen LCD televisions to £300 coffee makers, are being fixed at inflated levels by the big brands. The company says that retailers who sell items on the eBay website are being "bullied" by manufacturers to push up their prices in line with other retailers to protect long-term profit margins. They are threatened with the loss of their supplies if they do not comply....
